Give me some good beer, conversation, friends, and music and there is little that will bother me. I try to treat others as I wish to be treated and when I don't, I like to think I learn from my mistakes. I believe most people are trustworthy until proven otherwise. I'm a conversational snob. I have little tolerance for stupidity or rudeness. Common courtesy is one of the best traits one can have. I believe there is conversation that is inappropriate for the dinner table. I love running into people I used to know, but am always happier if I look cute when it happens. I think there would be much less ruckus in the world if brunch were a daily offering.

I Wonder if He Knew How Funny That Was

Matthew McConaughey announced that his girlfriend is pregnant by releasing this quote:

"We are stoked and wowed by this miracle of creation and this gift from God, and so excited for the adventure that will come in raising this child, being a mother and a father, and shepherding him or her through this life. . . . from moms and dads, to family to community, it takes the best will and support from everyone to raise the healthiest children we have in society. . . . Wish us the best, keep us in your prayers, and God bless evolution. Thanks for being fans of me and my work and now this new and miraculous chapter in my life, as me and Camila and our child do our best to just keep livin."

The overall announcement is sweet and well written by a man who is most famous for not owning any shirts. However the part that I'm still chuckling about is "God bless evolution"...
